WHAT ARE THE LOBBY HOURS?

Our lobby and guest services are available daily from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. If you’ll be arriving after hours, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just let us know in advance. The day before your arrival, you’ll receive a Welcome Email with information including simple instructions for a smooth, contactless check-in.

If you are booking through an online travel agency, please know they do not provide a direct email for you. To ensure you receive important arrival details—like your unique gate code and room number—please send us your preferred email. You can reach our guest services team at hello@coyote-inn.com or by text at 760-406-9174. For your safety and convenience, we send this sensitive information only directly to you.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in time: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. We do offer a complimentary early check-in at 2:00 PM, subject to availability. If you expect to arrive around 2:00 PM, please let us know. By around noon on your arrival day, we’ll have a better idea of room readiness and can confirm if early check-in is possible.


Check-out time: Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer a complimentary late check-out at 11:30 AM, based on availability. If you’d like to take advantage of this option, please contact our guest services team in advance for confirmation.

CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE?

Enhance your stay with an upgrade for early check-in or late check-out for just $45 (tax included). This option allows check-in as early as 11:30 AM and check-out as late as 2:00 PM, based on availability.


Early check-in availability can be confirmed after 4:00 PM the day before your arrival.

Late check-out may also be extended on your departure day, depending on availability.

Rooms occupied past check-out time without authorization may incur a fee of $100.

IS THERE OVERNIGHT ASSISTANCE?

We do not have overnight guest services. If you need assistance between 6:00 PM and 9:30 AM, please text us at 760-406-9174 and our team will respond as quickly as possible.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can book your stay with us up to one year in advance. When you book directly, you’ll always receive our best deal along with the most flexibility and control over your reservation.

IS PARKING FREE?

Parking is included in the front of the hotel at no charge.

WHAT COMES IN A SUITE OR STUDIO?

Each room is described in detail under the Suites & Studios section in the main menu. All rooms feature:

  • Kitchen or kitchenette
  • Coffee maker and coffee/tea
  • Mini refrigerator or full-size fridge

Wi-Fi is included for your connectivity needs in both your guest room and the courtyard area.

WHAT ARE YOUR POOL AND SPA HOURS?

Our pool and spa are located in the center of the courtyard, surrounded by guest rooms. To maximize your enjoyment, we do not restrict hours of use. We kindly ask that all guests be mindful of noise and show consideration for others, especially during the evening and early morning hours.

ARE POOL TOWELS AVAILABLE?

Yes, pool towels are stocked in your guest room. For additional pool towels please let us know and we will be happy to provide them.

CAN I INVITE MY FRIENDS TO VISIT ME?

At Coyote Inn, our little desert den is reserved just for our registered guests. Since we’re such a small and private retreat, and because of insurance rules, we’re not able to welcome outside visitors onto the property.

This keeps the courtyard, pool and shared spaces relaxed and cozy — just the way our pack of guests likes it.
